This Privacy Policy explains how Bingori collects, uses, stores, and shares information when you use bingori.com and its related services.
Information we collect
Google account information
When you sign in with Google, we receive information such as your name, email address, profile image, Google account identifier, and authentication tokens needed to keep you signed in and connect your account.
Content you provide
We store bingo boards, descriptions, cells, design settings, achievements, images you upload, and reports you submit. Published boards and the author name or email associated with them may be visible to other users.
Gameplay and technical information
When you play or report a board, we may store marked cells, completed lines, a random session identifier, report details, timestamps, and a one-way hash of your IP address. Our hosting and security providers also process standard request and device information needed to deliver and protect the service.
How we use information
We use information to authenticate users, create and manage boards, provide uploads, calculate aggregate gameplay statistics, prevent duplicate or abusive submissions, review reports, maintain security, troubleshoot problems, and improve Bingori.
Service providers and sharing
We use Google for sign-in, Cloudflare for hosting and abuse protection, Neon for database hosting, and Vercel Blob for image storage. These providers process information on our behalf under their own terms and privacy commitments. We do not sell or rent personal information.
Cookies and similar technologies
Bingori uses authentication cookies, a random gameplay session cookie, and a local preference cookie for your board mark style. These are used to keep you signed in, prevent duplicate submissions, remember preferences, and operate the service.
Retention and deletion
We retain account and service data for as long as needed to provide Bingori, meet security and legal obligations, and resolve disputes. Board owners can delete their boards. You may request access to or deletion of your account and related personal information by contacting us. Uploaded media may remain in storage until it is removed through our deletion process or storage lifecycle.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, including encrypted connections, access controls, private storage for uploaded images, and hashing of IP addresses. No system can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
You can use playable boards without signing in. You may stop using Google sign-in, revoke Bingori's Google access from your Google Account, delete boards you own, or contact us to request access, correction, or deletion of personal information.
Children
Bingori is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Contact us if you believe a child has provided personal information.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as Bingori changes. We will publish the revised policy on this page and update the effective date.
